I am a participating in-network provider for the following insurance plans:
Moda Health
PacificSource Commercial Health Plans
Providence Health Plan
Most BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon
I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to confirm whether I’m a participating mental health provider for your specific plan. At this time, I’m not in-network with any Oregon Health Plan (OHP) options offered by the insurers listed above.
If your insurance plan isn’t listed above, I’m likely considered an out-of-network provider. I’m happy to provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. For more details, feel free to check out the Out-of-Network Benefits tab.

If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I’m happy to provide a monthly billing statement (often called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you'd like to seek reimbursement, you're welcome to request a superbill at any time.
Full payment for counseling sessions is due at the time of your appointment.
A superbill is a detailed receipt I can provide each month if you're using out-of-network benefits. It includes the information your insurance company needs, like dates of sessions, the services provided, and fees charged, so you can request reimbursement directly from them.
While I can’t guarantee reimbursement, many clients with out-of-network mental health benefits are able to receive partial reimbursement this way. It’s a good idea to check with your insurance provider to see what’s covered.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged the full-service fee.

I accept payment by debit or credit card at the time of service.
Payments made by debit or credit card are processed through Stripe, a secure and confidential platform designed specifically for therapists and healthcare professionals.
If you have questions or concerns about these policies, let's discuss them in your consultation, so there are no surprises as we begin our work together.

Beginning January 1, 2022, all health care providers will be required by law to provide uninsured and self-pay patients a good faith estimate of costs for services that they offer, when scheduling care or when the patient requests an estimate. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost, prior to beginning care.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.tion
