I am in-network with

  • Pacific Source Commercial Health Plans

  • Providence Health Plans

  • Regence of Oregon BlueCross/BlueShield plans.

Out of Network Benefits

I can provide a superbill upon request. Payment directly to me is still required at the beginning of the service.

What is a superbill?

If you have out of network mental health benefits, I can provide clients upon request with a monthly billing statement (often known as a “superbill”) to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. Please check to see your health insurance plan covers out-of-network mental health services. Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance company. Please note that your insurance may decline to reimburse you for services, I recommend checking with your insurance company prior to your appointment. Payment directly to me is still required at the beginning of each session. My fee is $150 per 50 minute session.

Financial Policy

I accept payment by debit or credit card at the time of service.

If you are using a credit card, my method of accepting payments is via Stripe, a secure and confidential service designed for therapists.

If you have questions or concerns about these policies, let's discuss them in your consultation, so there are no surprises as we begin our work together.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged the full-service fee.

Good Faith Estimates

Beginning January 1, 2022, all health care providers will be required by law to give uninsured and self-pay patients a good faith estimate of costs for services that they offer, when scheduling care or when the patient requests an estimate. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost, prior to beginning care.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
